IMPORTANT: Please include the following information for your class entry:

Exhibitor's name
Horse's name
Paint Horse registration number (if applicable)
Link to your entry video (youtube, vimeo, and dropbox are acceptable video platforms)
Payee information if money is earned: Name that they check will be made to, membership number of payee if applicable, and SSN of payee if US citizen. (International money earners will be emailed a W-8BEN once results have been posted)
